1.1.Job Purpose
Sales Agents, Location: Nationwide, Remuneration: Commission based, benefits includes incentives, bonuses and awards.
1.2.Job Responsibilities
•Independently researching and sourcing of clients and closing of sales
•Meeting your regional sales targets and objectives
•Basic client relationship
1.3.Qualifications and Experience
•Minimum; O'Level.Metric Certificate
•Sales experience is a definite advantage
•Clean Police clearance certificate.
1.4.Required Skills
•High Ethical standards
•Dynamic, self starter, independent, quick learner, well spoken
•Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills
•Highly motivated confident and self sufficient.
Intensive training on the financial products, sales techniques, anti money laundering and FIA and customer servicing will be provided.
NB: You need to be based in your region of operation (nationwide)
