3. ADMINISTRATION OFFICER (4 Positions)
3.1.Main Purpose of the Job
To organize, supervise and control the day to day provision of general administrative support services including but not limited to
facilities and grounds, cleaning, security and fleet.
3.2.Key Performance Areas
• Liaises with building maintenance sub-contractors on building maintenance requirements.
• Monitors and checks the provision of sub contracted security services for College's premises.
• Advises on College transport needs and implements the transport policy
• Oversees provision of office support and general administrative services
• Liaises with outsourced cleaning and landscaping companies.
3.3.Qualifications and Experience
• Diploma in Public Administration and Management or equivalent
• At least 3 years experience in a supervisory position responsible for general office management including coordination of transport
3.4.Competencies
• Organizing and coordinating, technical expertise
• Proactive and initiative
• Communication and consultation
• Supervisory team leadership and motivation
• Assertive and decisive.
