1.SERVICE MAINTENANCE ENGINEER 

1.1.Job Purpose 

Reporting to the Service Maintenance Senior Engineer, the incumbent will be tasked with handling trouble tickets coming from service monitoring and piloting incidents restoration including crisis management. 

1.2.Qualifications & Experience

•Bachelor of Science /Engineering in Telecommunications Engineering or electronic and Electrical Engineering or computer science
•2 years of Engineering experience in a telecommunication company.

1.3.Skills

•Good leadership but also be able to work and cooperate with third parties
•Good technical chain overview (IP, Internet network, Mobile, IT)
•Capacity to work under stress during crisis events
• Ability to synthesize, analyze and communicate
•Good knowledge of both GSM, WCDMA, IN/VAS and Corporate customers systems
•IP Networking awareness
•Self driven
•Innovative and proactive
•Ability to work under pressure
•Being customer oriented
•Being customer oriented
•Very good knowledge of existing procedures.

2.ENGINEERING 0 TRANSMISSION 

2.1.Job Purpose 

Reporting to the Engineering Lead, the incumbent will be responsible for advising on engineering technical solutions related to Transmission (Backhaul, Backbone) according to recommendations from Strategic Plan and validated year budget. 

2.2.Qualifications and Experience 

•Bachelor of Science/Engineering in Telecommunication Engineering or electrical and electronic Engineering or Information Technology
•2 years of engineering experience in a telecommunication company.

•Excellent understanding of Transmission equipment
•Result oriented
•Good analytical skills
•Client and QoS oriented
•Ability to work under pressure.

Reporting to the SEBD Engineering Lead, the incumbent will be tasked with proposing Engineering technical solutions related to Technical Environment (Data Centre and Radio Sites) according to recommendation from Strategic Plan and validated yearly budget. 

3.2.Qualifications, Experience and Skills 

•Bachelors Degree in Electronic/Electrical/Telecommunication/IT
•3 years experience in the field

•Excellent understanding of Technical Environment equipment
•Cost Saving oriented
•To react quickly
•Good analytical skills
•Clients and QoS oriented
•Ability to work under pressure.
