1.SERVICE MAINTENANCE ENGINEER
1.1.Job Purpose
Reporting to the Service Maintenance Senior Engineer, the incumbent will be tasked with handling trouble tickets coming from service monitoring and piloting incidents restoration including crisis management.
1.2.Qualifications & Experience
•Bachelor of Science /Engineering in Telecommunications Engineering or electronic and Electrical Engineering or computer science
•2 years of Engineering experience in a telecommunication company.
1.3.Skills
•Good leadership but also be able to work and cooperate with third parties
•Good technical chain overview (IP, Internet network, Mobile, IT)
•Capacity to work under stress during crisis events
• Ability to synthesize, analyze and communicate
•Good knowledge of both GSM, WCDMA, IN/VAS and Corporate customers systems
•IP Networking awareness
•Self driven
•Innovative and proactive
•Ability to work under pressure
•Being customer oriented
•Being customer oriented
•Very good knowledge of existing procedures.
