Senior Expert

Senior Expert (TL):
-Education at least Master’s Degree Academic Level in economics, finance, Trade, Industrial Development or business administration. In the absence of the University Degree stated above, 12 years of equivalent professional experience which must be above the general professional experience duration fixed below, are required in the area of trade and/or Private Sector Development.
-At least 10 years experience in sector related to Trade and/or Private Sector Development.
-10 years’ professional experience in evaluation of projects and programmes, out of which 5 as team leader.
-Demonstrated practical experience in conducting mid-term evaluantions for EDF-funded projects.
-Experience in working with public and private sector organizations is an advantage.
-Fluent in English.
Senior Expert n°2:
-Education at least Master’s Degree Academic Level in economics, finance, Trade, Industrial Development or business administration. In the absence of the University Degree stated above, 12 years of equivalent professional experience which must be above the general professional experience duration fixed below, are required in the area of trade and/or Private Sector Development.
-At least 10 years experience in sector related to Trade and/or Private Sector Development.
-10 years’ professional experience in evaluation of projects and programmes.
-Demonstrated practical experience in conducting mid-term evaluantions for EDF-funded projects.
-Experience in monitoring private sector development programmes is considered a distinctive advantage.
-Experience in working with public and private sector organizations is an advantage.
-Fluent in English.
