2. RECORDS OFFICER
2.1.Main purpose of the Job
To identify, advice and register learners who are eligible to write examinations ensuring that all are registered well in time for appropriate examinations and to ensure that all the required fees are paid up. To closely monitor assignment and examinations performance for all programmes thatthe College offers.
2.2.Key Performance Areas
• Assesses performance of learners, based on assignments, determines whether learner is ready or not to write examinations.
• Compiles a summary of expected revenue from examinations registration per centre.
• Receives statements of entry and distributes same to candidates.
• Provides detailed explanations of subjects selection and registration.
• Arranges and organises clinical coaching by subject specialists.
• Answers and receives queries from learners.
• Receives examination results and distributes results to respective centres.
• Draws up mock examinations timetables
2.2.Qualification and Experience
• Minimum Diploma in Education
• 2 years' experience in computer based records systems in a computerized work environment, and examinations administration computer literacy a must.
