1.LANDS OFFICER II (C2) - (2 Positions tenable in Gaborone and Francistown)
•Salary: C2 (P99, 336.00 - P118, 752.00) plus scarce skills allowance at the rate of 30% of basic salary.
•Leave: 25 working days per annum
1.1.Main Purpose of the Job
Suitably qualified citizens and non citizens applicants are invited for the above mentioned position in the Department of Lands. The incumbent will be responsible for carrying out inspections for valuation and lease management on state land.
1.2.Qualifications
•Bachelor of Science: Estate Management, Property Studies, Bachelor of Land Economics, Bachelor of Business Property Management or any other related field
1.3.Experience
•No experience is required for this position
1.4.Benefits
•Optional Contributory medical Aid Scheme (Govt pays 50% and Employee pays 50%)
•Compulsory contributory pension scheme (Govt pays 15% and Employee pays 5%)
