1.DISTRIBUTORS AND AGENTS REQUIRED
1.1.Job Purpose
Ardeca Lubricants Botswana is a supplier and distributor of premium grade lubricating oils for automotive and industrial use. We are currently expanding our operations in Botswana and are looking for distributors/agents to complement our existing teams by attracting the very best talent.
1.2.Responsibilities
•Achieves maximum sales growth targets and account penetration within an assigned territory and/or market segment by effectively selling the company’s products and/or related services.
•Promotes/sells/secures orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.
•Demonstrates products and service knowledge to existing/potential customers and assists them in selecting products best suited for their needs.
•Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
1.3.Qualities
•Ideal opportunity for professional, confident and results orientated individuals/firms.
•Demonstrated sales experience,ability to build and maintain relationships and move large quantities within an assigned territory and/or market segment.
1.4.Starter Kits for the Distributors and Agents
•Ardeca Lubricants Botswana will provide a box of free samples, market related support materials and product training.
•Agents/Distributors will be entitled to Agents/Distributors pricing on all products.
