2.CAMPUS HOUSING OFFICER REF: SACL/05 14
2.1.Main Purpose of the Job
To support the management in all aspects of managing the occupancy in the University owned and operated student housing facilities.
2.2.Qualifications & Experience
•A bachelors degree in relevant field or an equivalent suite of tertiary education qualifications is required.
•At least three (3) years experience in a similar environment. Tertiary education residential experience would be preferred.
2.3.Competencies
•Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills with excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
•Good computing skills e.g Word, Excel, Outlook
•Demonstrable understanding of tertiary and higher education
•Good negotiation and conflict resolution skills
•Ability to make administrative and procedural decisions
•Ability to priorities resources, demands, conflicting agendas and differing priorities
