1.Administration Officer (2 posts)
To control and ensure the smooth running of the administration office and other support services
1.2. Key Performances Areas
•General office administration services
•Administration of the telecommunications systems
•Company license renewal
•Responsible for Company shuttle activities
•Customer service
1.3. Requirements
•O'level plus a Diploma in Business Administration/Marketing.
•Atleast 2 years work experience
•A valid light motor vehicle driver's license.
2. Accounting Officer
To perform the day to day processing recording and reconciliation of accounting information to insure accurate maintained of financial records.
1.2. Key Performances Areas
- Preparing VAT returns for submission to the Revenue Authorities
-Analyzing expenses for financial reporting
-Debtors and creditors reconciliations
-Preparing payments vouchers
-Following up clients for payments
1.3. Requirements
•O'level plus a Diploma in Business Studies/Accounting or any other related field.
•Atleast 2 years work experience in a computerized accounting system.
•A valid light motor vehicle driver's license.
2. Marketing & Communications Officer
1. Job Summary
• Coordinate and develop sales and marketing activities to identify and deliver new revenue streams.
• Respond to customer needs and know how to put the client first. Interface between the company and its customers.
• Responsible for business development and also develop on-going, profitable relationships with customers and continually maintain a professional image of the company.
• Also in charge of Communications function of the company such as liaising with media houses, corporate branding and management of corporate clients.
