1.Position: FINANCE OFFICER
The job:Ensure timely accurate recording and reporting of finacial operations of the association to management.Production of quartely fiancial reports for the Executive committee as well as preparation of annual financial reporst for audit.Assist with the budget process of the associations operations.
Reporting directly to the Executive Secretary

PRINCIPAL Duties:

•Developing and maintaining a general filing system for the Department
•Mainatain all books of accounts on appropriate accounting packages,as well as monthly production of expenditure/income trends
•Production of periodic financial reports for management,executive committee and national members'assembly
•Ensure aacurate upkeep of association's financial records
•Provide support to programmes,projects and departments as may be deemed necessary
•Ensure and implement prudent procurement procedures as well as maintenance of a sound asset management system

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Accouting/ATT or equivalent a minimum of 2 years eXperience in an Accounting environment at a supervisory level.
The candidate should preferrably be in possession of an endorsement free two or more years old drivers licence

REMUNERATION and BeNefits
•Salary scale equivalent to government D3 scale (P190,104-P209,868) p.a.
•Contributory medical aid scheme @50%
•25% gratuity paid out monthly into an annuity fund
•30 days leave per annum

2.Position:DRIVER/MESSENGER

Mail deliver and collection,official driver as well as clerical filing duties

•Driving BALA staff/officials on a various assignments countrywide
