6.RECEPTIONIST
6.1.Job Summary
Handles customer inquiries both in person and on the phone and provides information and assistance to staff, and the public according to established SPEDU Company standards to ensure the company achieves its mission.
6.2.Qualifications, Experience and Attributes
•BGCSE or equivalent
•A certificate in Receptionist Course, customer service Front Desk services or related
•At least one (1) years experience as a receptionist.
•The successful candidate will have; the ability to operate the switchboard, good telephone manners, smart professional and appearance, ability to communicate well verbally and customer service orientation.
