Maxi Possibilities is an Engineering Services company offering equipment sales, design and support activities. We are looking for a driven marketing personnel.

Job Description
We are looking for an amazing, data-driven inbound marketer. You will be in charge of attracting site traffic, converting that traffic into new leads for the business, and nurturing those leads to close into customers, the latter of which sales leadership will help you accomplish.

Responsibilities
Instilling a marketing led ethos throughout the business
Researching and reporting on external opportunities
Understanding current and potential customers
Managing the customer journey (customer relationship management)
Developing the marketing strategy and plan
Management of the marketing mix
Measuring success
Managing budgets
Ensuring timely delivery
Writing copy
Approving images
Developing guidelines
Making customer focused decisions

Requirements
Business/Marketing degree or equivalent work experience.
3 years minimum work experience in marketing preferred.
Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions.
Proficiency in marketing automation in order to generate traffic, convert visitors into leads, and then nurture them (using dynamic workflows) into converted customers.
Valid drivers license..
