BENEFITS:

QUALIFICATIONS: Degree in Human Resources Management or any related field.
EXPERIENCE: A minimum of fourteen (14) years relevant work experience, two (2) years of which should have been served as Deputy Manager – Administration/Human Resources Management on D1 salary grade in Government or equivalent in the Private Sector or Parastatal Organization. Employee relations experience will be an added advantage.
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
To provide leadership in the implementation, management and coordination of the Human Resources Management and Administration functions.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
• Identifies optimal organisational design to support the implementation of programmes and achievement of the vision.
• Contributes in the formulation and review of Human Resources Management, Administration and Information Communication and Technology Policies.

2. DEPUTY DIRECTOR, DEPARTMENT OF WASTE MANAGEMENT AND POLLUTION CONTROL

QUALIFICATIONS: BSc. Environmental Engineering/ Environmental Science/ Environmental Chemist /Biology or any related qualification.
EXPERIENCE: A minimum of fourteen (14) years relevant work experience, two (2) years of which should have been served as Chief Environmental Engineer/Chief Waste Management Officer/ Chief Chemist/Chief Biologist on D1 salary grade in Government or equivalent in the Private Sector or Parastatal Organization.
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
• Deputise the Director in the overall management of operations of the Department and coordinate all aspects of budget formulation, policy formulation analysis and implementation of Government plans.
• Provide effective leadership and guidance in all technical and administrative matters pertaining to the prevention and control of pollution of the environment.

4. ASSISTANT MANAGER (REFORMS COORDINATOR)

To monitor and manage implementation of Public Service Reforms introduced by Government and to provide general assistance to the Performance Improvement Coordinator.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
• Initiate support for training, implementing plans, communication and monitoring of the Public Service Reforms.
• Facilitates the integration of all Public Service Reforms introduced within the Public Service.
• Assists Reforms Coordinator in preparations of regular reports on the progress, impediments and problems to such Reforms, Programs and Projects.
• Assists in identification of Ministerial strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, and advises the Reforms Coordinator accordingly.
• Assists in ensuring quality control on all reforms projects deliverables.
• Assists in monitoring and evaluation of the overall effectiveness of the performance improvement initiatives.
