LEAVE: 30 working days per annum
QUALIFICATIONS: Diploma or Degree in Public
Administration/Human Resources/Management/Administration or related field.
EXPERIENCE: 8 years post qualification experience in Human Resources Management/Administration or related field, Two (2) years of which should have been at D4 level or an equivalent level in Parastatals or Private Sector.

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
To assist the Assistant Director in coordinating and managing the Departmental support staff and resources in line with the Public Service Act and other related rules and regulations.
DUTIES:
• Facilitates management of human resources by interpreting and ensuring compliance to the Public Service Act and Regulations, General Orders, Directives, Circulars and Regulations for Industrial Class employees .
• Facilitates implementation and monitoring of Human Resources Management processes, including recruitment, grievance and discipline matters.
• Checks and verifies information related to manpower, material and financial estimates for budgetary planning exercises.
• Prepares manpower and financial estimates.
• Prepares draft replies to Audit and Public Accounts Committee queries.
• Plans, directs and coordinates the work of the subordinates and provides administrative support.
• Undertakes any other related duties as directed by management.
