Hardware and Network Engineers

3igroup, an IT reseller and solutions provider, wants to recruit for the position of Hardware and Network Engineers.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum two (2) years’ experience in network support and system administration. A basic knowledge and understanding of AD, Exchange, Mac OSI, virtualization, and windows will be good advantage.

Job description
- Install & configure windows servers
- Network support and system administration
- Desktop support
- active directory and exchange server administration
-knowledge of apple computers and devices( ipad, iPhone)
- Planning and implementation of LAN and its devices
- Configuration of point of sale hardware and software
- Network and system security management
- Troubleshoot & repair printers, scanners & fax machines
- Meet customer requirements within turnaround time
- Work towards customer requirements and satisfaction
