Job Purpose
The role holder will lead, manage and review the business planning, working in partnership with the senior executive team to ensure plans are set to achieve business operational and strategic goals.Manage the production & interpretation of value added and deep dive analysis to support the senior executive with the development of the business to drive performance. To lead the Business Performance & Analytics team, managing & motivating the team and ensuring the timely delivery of accurate, value adding performance data & analysis.

Transactional Banking Sales Manager (Cash Management / Trade & Working Capital)
Job Purpose
The role holder with be a point of entry for new Transactional Banking clients / cross and upsell opportunities. Leverage deep rooted sales, product skills and business acumen to identify sales opportunities in conjunction and collaboration with the Coverage Banking teams across the country .Generating leads and opportunities that are of a high quality, are quantifiable and allocated to the appropriate Coverage Banker
Management Information Analyst
Job Purpose
The main accountabilities for this role will be supporting retail banking with adhoc management information and analysis to improve decision making and business performance. Produce daily, weekly and monthly sales performance reports that will be used by retail leadership to manage sales performance and productivity.

To ensure the delivery of accurate and relevant Management Information (MI) and analysis regarding the consumer banking functions to support business the improvement plans and decisions making and participating in innovation ideas to enhance the function performance
