INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATIONS TECHNOLOGY MANAGER (ICT MANAGER) (3 YEARS FIXED TERM CONTRACT)

Job Summary

• Reporting to the General Manager (Corporate Services), the incumbent to this position will drive the day to day ICT requirements of the company such as user management, maintaining desktop applications , local area networks, ICT security and telecommunications and other strategic issues 

FINANCE MANAGER (3 YEARS FIXED TERM CONTRACT)

Job summary
Reporting to the General Manager- Corporate Services as a member of the Executive Committee (EXCO), the incumbent will have full responsibility for the Accounting, Procurement and Materials Management functions of the Company. Reporting to him/her will be the Management Accountant, Company Accountant, and Materials/Procurement Manager. The incumbent will be accountable for leading the corporate finance team, managing strategic projects, building, developing and maintaining strong working relationships with key stakeholders in nationally and regionally

Company profile

Botswana Ash (Pty) Ltd is a Soda Ash and Salt producing Company situated at Sua Pan in Botswana, approximately 180 km by tarred road northwest of Francistown. The Company employs over 400 employees of which close to 300 are unionised. Employees and their families live in Sowa Town, about 20 km from the plant site. The town boasts of an excellent English medium pre-primary, primary and secondary schools as well as government run primary and junior secondary schools. In addition there is a company run private clinic for Botash employees at site as well as a private clinic and a government run clinic at the township. Recreational facilities include tennis and squash courts, swimming pools, recreation clubs as well as an 18 hole browns golf course.
