MAIN PURPOSE
To lead and manage human resources to ensure that the company has the necessary skills sets to meet its current and future objectives. To develop HR strategies as well as guiding and managing the overall provision of HR services, policies and programs for the company. To advise, support and empower management in acquiring, deploying resources, developing, motivating and retaining people by providing a range of value added human and organizational capital services that contribute to the overall achievement of the company’s goals.

REQUIREMENTS:
Degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations or other related area.
A minimum of 12 years relevant experience with at least 5 years at a senior management level.
Experience from manufacturing and/ or production engineering environment essential.
