Vacancy: Project Officer Adolescent, Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (ASRHR) program
BBL is looking for a suitably qualified professional to head its ASRHR Program. The Programs officer will serve as the coordinator of the organisation’s Psychosocial and Adolescent, Sexual and Reproductive Health (ASRH) Programs.
KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:
•With the direction of relevant thematic leads, s/he will support the development of work plans, budgets and other related program activities.
•S/he will be responsible for the timely implementation of all programs work.
•Ensure all program plans and activities are properly coordinated with the program teams.
•Conduct capacity building trainings for project team and stakeholders.
•Ensure timely monitoring and evaluation, and documentation of program interventions and activities.
•S/he will take a lead on networking, advocacy work and strengthening linkages/coordinating with relevant stakeholders and government agencies (Ministry of Health, Ministry of Youth, Sports & Culture, Health providers, Local Government Authorities (LGAs), community leaders, youth organisations and other NGOs.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
•A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Social Sciences or a related field
•At least five years of experience in managing Psychosocial or ASRH program/project.
•Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting with minimal supervision
•Excellent planning and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
•Ability to supervise staff/team members
