ENGINEERING MANAGER

REQUIREMENTS:
Degree in Engineering
Possess five (5) years practical experience ideally with experience in Engineering Project management
HSSE systems pertaining to the business and country legislation requirements.
Experience in managing a team of technical or contract workers in an Engineering discipline
High degree of technical and consultative proficiency.

MAIN DUTIES
Implementing PUMA standards for Procedures, Quality and HSSE.
Provide leadership in project planning and execution
Ensure that all projects and equipment maintenance meet National Legislative requirements pertaining to HSE.
Responsible for all maintenance and projects quality issues throughout the country. Ensure that our engineering activities are meeting required engineering specification and standards
Ensure that all our equipment at customer sites and depots are available to our operations and that this is maintained to the required standards.
Accountable for effective preventative and breakdown maintenance program for all Puma assets at the customer site and depots.
Prepare engineering operational reports including cost analysis and other KPI’s, and preparing a monthly benchmarking of the terminals and retail/B2B sites.
