SUPERINTENDENT MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT - BCL LIMITED

BCL Limited is currently looking forward to employ suitably qualified candidates for the following position:

SUPERINTENDENT MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT

Reporting to the Manager – Maintenance, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Developing and revising procedures and standards to improve Maintenance Work Process (MWP) and Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) effectiveness
• Facilitating the implementation of the MWP and best practices in order to optimize asset performance and life cycle costs
• Providing required management information and reports to line management via the CMMS
• Ensuring CMMS and information integrity though constant monitoring and continuous improvement
• Maintaining an up to date asset register and asset disposal system
• Co-ordinating the development and implementation of preventative and predictive maintenance schedules and work packages to ensure services and major jobs are executed timeously and cost effectively
• Providing core processes with information and advice on asset life cycles and performance
• Making recommendations for maintenance system improvements and training

Requirements

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Engineering degree qualification or equivalent.
• Should have completed a formal post-graduation training program.
• At least 5 years post qualification experience in a heavy industry or mineral processing plant environment.
• Sound knowledge of computerized maintenance and operational systems
• Ability to train and develop subordinates
