PRINCIPAL HUMAN RESOURCE AND ADMINISTRATION OFFICER - D3 X 1 POST TENABLE AT NGWAKETSE LAND BOARD
SALARY: D3 (P207, 564 – P229, 152)

QUALIFICATIONS: Degree in Public Administration or Degree in Human Resource Management or any related field.

EXPERIENCE: Eight (8) years’ work experience in a Human Resource Management environment, 2 years of which has been served as Senior HR Officer – D4 or equivalent level
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To plan, manage and coordinate the human resource management functions of the Land Board.

DUTIES
• Coordinates and supports the arrangement for consultation/negotiation on key issues relating to employment conditions and relations.
• Advises management on labour relations implications of proposals and facilitates development of appropriate consultation/negotiation plans and strategies.
• Provides guidance in the implementation of Human Resources Management policies, procedures, terms and conditions of service as per statutory provisions.
• Analyses manpower audit reports for implementation.
• Reviews and monitors supervisees performance to improve divisional performance.
• Determines manpower Budget Estimates for the Division.
• Monitors and reviews Human Resource management policies, terms and conditions of services.
• Serves as Resource person in personnel management policies workshops and seminars.
• Coordinates the division’s recurrent budget.
• Undertakes any other related duties as directed by management.
