SPECIALIST, RISK AND COMPLIANCE
Role overview
Reporting to the Head, Risk & Compliance the incumbents will be responsible for the execution of the compliance framework and enterprise wide risk management processes in order to minimize/ prevent losses arising from incidents.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Assess and manage risk at a functional level. Analyse and evaluate the business implications of risk, quantify the risk and weigh up risk versus reward.
Contribute to the development of risk management strategies and define risk management policy for own area.
CONSULTANT, SALES AND SERVICES (X4)
Role overview
Reporting to the Supervisor, Sales & Services the incumbents will be responsible for implementing customer service standards, provide advice, process application to open/close accounts and loan application under Bank and third party loans schemes in order to maximize customer satisfaction.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Implement customer service processes, procedures and standards.
Open/Close accounts and loan applications according to set procedures and standards.
TELLERS (X4)
Role overview
Reporting to the Supervisor, Sales & Services / Custodian the incumbents will be responsible for receiving, capturing, disbursing and balancing transactions to maximize customer satisfaction.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Performs routine and intermediate branch and customer services duties.
Accepts retail and commercial cheque and savings deposits.
