Here’s where you come in:

As Regional Finance Director – Southern Africa Region, you will provide expert finance leadership and direction for the regional office and 8 National Offices to ensure high standards of excellence in stewardship, accountability, integrity and performance. You will guide enable and support World Vision offices in Integrated Strategic investments & budgeting and in the execution of the Regional strategy with a focus on ensuring accountability, best of the breed risk management, competence development, financial sustainability in diverse funding portfolios and the promotion of an environment of innovation, empowerment and responsible stewardship throughout the region.

Requirements include:

• Educational level required: Degree in Finance, Business Admin, or Accounting plus an MBA or equivalent qualification.
• At least 10 years of leadership experience in Strategic Financial Planning and Management.
• Fluent in English (oral and written); knowledge of French and Portuguese would be a plus for the candidate.
• Travel: 25% International travel is required.
