CEDA is looking for volunteers to assist in successfully hosting the World Federation of Development Finance Instututions CEO Forum which will be held in Gaborone, Botswana from 02-04 November 2016.This is an exciting opportunity for you to get involved in a global event of national importance and gain invaluable experience in events management. About CEDA & World Federation of Development Finance Institutions (WFDFI)

CEDA was established by the Government of Botswana in 2002, to provide support for business development through various funding mechanisms, thereby promoting citizen economic empowerment and entrepreneurship. The World Federation of Development Finance Institutions (WFDFI) is the global focal point of institutions providing and promoting sustainable development finance. It comprises the global continental Associations of DFIs which includes: Association for Development Finance Institutions (AADFI); Association of Development Financing Institutions in Asia and the Pacific (ADFIAP); and Latin American Association of Development Finance Institutions (ALIDE).

Requirements
- Confidence and proper grooming - Stamina to work long hours - Strong command of both the English and Setswana languages. (Knowledge of French and Portuguese will be an added advantage) - Enthusiasm for development - Post secondary qualification in any area of study - The volunteer should be unemployed - The volunteer should be aged between 22- 28 years - The volunteer should have own accommodation available
