The De Beers Global Sightholder Sales avails to you a 4 months Learnership Programme. This programme gives eligible candidates a unique opportunity to gain work experience, skills and knowledge in the Botswana Diamond Industry. Learners will receive a Certificate of Competence in Diamond Sorting and Evaluation from the De Beers Global Sightholder Sales Diamond Academy. It is envisaged that, upon successful completion of the programme, individuals will be positioned competitively when applying for future advertised roles within De Beers Global Sightholder Sales.

Requirements

Previous industry experience is an advantage but not a prerequisite for a place on the programme.
