Botswana Savings Bank requires the services of knowledgeable, highly skilled and self- driven individual for the above position.

MANAGER, ELECTRONIC CHANNELS

Main purpose of the Job

You will play a role in establishing and managing the electronic banking channels to optimise customer service accessibility and grow market share for the bank.

Qualifications, Experience and Knowledge

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems or related field
• Five (5) years post qualification experience in an electronic distribution channels environment of which three (3) years should have been in a financial institution.
• Should have expert knowledge in electronic distribution channels

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the channel management strategy for the Bank.
• Establish and manage electronic banking channels.
• Design and deliver end-to-end channel solutions.
• Identify and pursue profitable opportunities that will generate sustainable competitive advantage and improve overall profitability of the bank.
