FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION MANAGER
Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Business related qualifications.ACCA/CIMA will be an added advantage
Knowledge:
•High level of computer proficiency and leadership skills.
•Ability to prepare and analyse Financial Statements
•Knowledge in Microfinance would be an advantage
•Minimum 5 years experience at managerial level
•Knowledge of Quickbooks accounting package will be an added advantage

DUTIES
Preparation of Financial and Management Reports,Budgeting and Cash flow management.Advise management on best accounting policies and ensure adherence to compliance requirements such as IFRS and banking regulations.

2.CLIENT SERVICES & BUSINESS SUPPORT OFFICER
Minimum Requirements:Degree in Business Administration or Marketing or Public Relations and Communication,Accreditation with BQA an added advantage
Knowledge:
•Excellent Communication skills,Both written and Oral
•High level of Computer Based experience an added advantage
•Fluency in Setswana both Writeen and Oral a MUST

DUTIES
Provide ongoing business training,mentoring and other support services to clients.Relationship building with clients through regular interation and organizing forum where issues of mutual interest can be discussed.Preparation of reports on an ongoing basis.
