Job Summary
Implementation and management of Retail Clients Transformation and Distribution Reorientation transformation in Botswana. The individual will monitor all deliverables and dependencies related to the project and communicate regularly with the team regarding progress against milestone. Taking ownership and drive the implementation of the country components of a regional mandate. Owning the project transition delivery and performance. Key Responsibilities Financial & Economics Guardian of country models and financial outcomes analysis Work on simulation scenarios at country level as we progress through the implementation Closely work with country Finance to ensure Profit and Loss (P&L ) assumptions are in sync with expected volumes Continuous validation of actual outcomes vs original assumption Implementation Manage transition for all departments by working with Country top team and Group Program Manager, Transformation Deep engagement on a regular basis to micro manage transition Raise early alerts in case of any challenges Root cause analysis and debottlenecking issues, where required. Change Management Review the Transition path, by country, over 2015 -2018 Collaboratively working with Training to deliver skill upgrading programs for all the role holders in a time bound manner as per group direction Role modelling change personally – and getting all senior leadership to do the same Acting as the single point of cross – function collaboration to deliver the full change. Helping each unit work in tandem (Segment, Product, Analytics, Country etc) and resolving issues. Reporting Role reports into : Country Head , Retail Clients (RC) Requirements for the Role; Any Business related degree At least 5 years experience in a banking environment, having done a similar role will be an added advantage. Good knowledge in Projects and Implementation Good analytical skills and stakeholder management skills Ability to work in a culturally diverse environment Strong communication and presentation skills Strong leadership capability, change management and influencing skills Strong implementation knowledge and project management skills as well as analytical problem solving skills Self starter, resourceful, proven ability to multi task. | |
