About the Job:
As a Regional Cargo Administration Officer, you will have to handle the administrative duties of Cargo Regional Office. You will be responsible to organize, monitor and control all activities appropriate to the management office in QR Cargo and you will assist the Regional Cargo Manager by providing general, confidential, administrative, and secretarial support in the day to day functions; while providing high standards of corporate values.
You will have to provide administrative support during the interview and induction process, ensure Job description for the region are kept upto date and oversee the Cargo HR and admin processes and serves as Cargo key liaison with the Head Office.
About You:
To be successful in this role you will need bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with at least 5 years overall experience out of which 2 years in an airline recruitment / Administration function.
Computer skills are a must particularly MS Office (Excel, PowePoint, Word, Access). Knowledge of powerpoint is also essential. You should possess excellent written and communication skills, sound computer knowledge, and excellent interpersonal skills. You must be able to work in a fast paced, high pressure environment; be extremely well organized, and have the confidence to discuss matters with senior management in the form of verbal and written communication.
