SALES MANAGER-AGENT SALES
OVERVIEW
You will be responsible for managing a mobile sales team. The bulk of your time will be spent recruiting new agents, managing existing agents and travelling the country, motivating and mentoring your team. This job is NOT office bound and probably best suited to a person that likes to travel.

MAIN PURPOSE
To achieve and maintain sales targets set for your Business Unit. Identify growth opportunities. Foster client relationships and ensuring high levels of customer service. Managing Promotions & the Marketing plan effectively. Maintaining the highest levels of product knowledge training for your team. Ensuring administrative procedures are in line with company expectations. Knowing market trends and the competitive environment

REQUIREMENTS:
Form 5/ BGCSE or equivalent.
At least 1 year experience in Micro-Finance or related industry, managing Sales Agents / Mobile Sales force.
Proven Track Record.
People Management & Sales skills.
Sales / Marketing / Management Qualifications will be an advantage.
Computer Literate (Word / Excel / Outlook).
Intimate knowledge about the Micro-Finance Industry.
Go-Getter attitude.
Respect and appreciation for administrative processes. Contactable References.
Class B Driver's License
Police / Fingerprints clearance
