SALES MANAGER


Reporting to the Head of The i- academy, the Sales Manager is responsible for managing the sales team, protecting and developing The i-academy revenue. Furthermore, the role entails contributing to the strategic development of the department and the company as whole.
Objectives:
This incumbent’s activities will include the following: (not limited)
  • Growing The i-academy revenue through customer needs analysis, market & competitor analysis to be able to contribute towards competitive offers
  • Fostering and building good customer relationships for revenue growth and customer retention
  • Engaging customers at high level and developing senior level relationships
  • Achieving sales targets and company business objectives
  • Optimizing services and detecting new opportunities in the market
  • Managing the opportunities you have detected from end to end
  • Writing, developing and executing sales strategy for each of the key segments
  • Preparing a monthly dashboard
  • Ensuring that customer complaints are managed in a timely and efficient manner

Key skills & experience:

  • Proven ability to negotiate and interact with a wide range of persons that can vary from middle management to top executives
  • Extremely good commercial skills
  • People management skills experience
  • Strong analytical skills

Minimum Education/Qualifications:

  • A degree in Business Management or Marketing
  • Minimum 5 year of experience in managing sales teams in a Business-to-Business environment
