1.SWITCHBOARD OPERATOR
1.1.Main Purpose of the Job
To receive and direct incoming and outgoing calls efficiently and effectively through the switchboard in a professional, courteous manner to promote a positive image of the Corporation at all times.
1.2.Qualifications & Experience
•BGCSE or equivalent with Certificate in Communications or relevant area
•At least two (2) years in switchboard operation in a medium to large organization
1.3.Competencies
•Communications and interpersonal skills
•Customer service
•Appearance
•Punctuality
•General conduct/compliance with instructions
