2.RECEPTIONIST
2.1.Overall Job Purpose
The role will be responsible for providing positive contact between walk-in customers, phone in customers and various internal stakeholders in the Business. To also provide administrative support to the Line Manager and various team members.
2.2.Education and Experience Required
•Diploma in a business related field
•At least 2 years experience in a customer service environment
•Communication skills - verbal and written
•Insurance product knowledge
•Computer literate
•At least 2 years experience in a customer service environment
