1.SERVICE TECHNICIAN : PRODUCT SUPPORT (COMPRESSOR TECHNIQUES SERVICE)

1.1.Knowledge

•Good standard of knowledge of the compressed air applications and technologies
•PC literate
•Good command of English, both written and oral

1.2.Experience Requirements

•Vast experience in all Atlas Copco Compressor Models eg ZT and GA Models

1.3.Educational Requirements

•Engineering Diploma, mechanical and/or electrical Degree or similar through experience

1.4.Personality requirements

•Saudi driving license
•Passion for ensuring internal and external customer satisfaction
•Positive and self motivated team player
•Disciplined and punctual
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Able to work remotely with a little or no supervision
•Willing to travel regularly within the region

2.SERVICE TECHNICIANS: ATLAS COPCO DRILLING SOLUTIONS (ADS)

2.1.Experience Requirements

•Knowledge of Atlas Copco Drills, Specifically Pit Viper and DM Series

2.2.Knowledge/Educational requirements

•Qualified as an artisan with experience on drilling equipment, drill rigs and surface drilling
•Electrical experience will be beneficial / PLC Knowledge
•Computer literate

2.3.Personal requirements

•Good interpersonal skills and relation with both customer and staff
•Good product knowledge
•Must be willing to travel extensively
