1.ACCESS NETWORK PLANNER - 4 Positions

1.1.Main Purpose of the Job

Reporting to the Access Network Planning Engineer, the incumbent will plan, design, coordinate and prepare construction related work order using appropriate tools and design techniques to enable a timely and cost effective development of access network infrastructure.

1.2.Key Performance Areas

•Coordinating access network projects
•Surveys and designs done according to acceptable standards
•Delivering operational network projects
•Producing cost effective access network design solutions
•Acquisition of way leaves and plant inquiries
•Preparation of works order packages with all necessary components
•Network data capture

1.3.Academic Qualifications and Experience

•HND in Engineering or related ICT discipline
•A minimum of 6 years work experience in network planning

1.4.Competencies

•Strong analytical skills
•Knowledge of ICT business requirements
•Strong problem solving skills
•Good planning skills
•Knowledge of fibre planning & way leaves acquisitions and project management skills
