2.ON CAMPUS SECURITY MANAGER Ref: OCSM

2.1.Qualifications & Experience

•Any relevant training Diploma or Degree in Security Management
•Relevant experience as a member of police forces, federal agencies, national Guard, among other institutions
•Must be over 25 years old and have a driving license before being hired
•This qualification consists of a background check, drug tests, and class work including lessons on how to handle emergency situations
•No criminal record
•At least 5 years experience in the security industry as a Manager

2.2.Competencies

•Should be able to work in flexible timing
•Being physically fit
•Having good knowledge of security environments and hazards
•Having interpersonal skills
•Being analytical
•Having leadership skills
•Being proactive
•Having good negotiation skills
•Being able to work with a team
•Being polite

All the post are based in Gaborone. The successful candidates will be offered remuneration suitable to their qualification and experience.
