1.SHOP ASSISTANT

1.1.Job Purpose

KofiBotiq is an exclusive boutique specialising in the retail of coffee, coffee machines and all coffee accessories. We exist to serve the local coffee addicts. We are committed to bringing the finest coffee
brands to ever growing local coffee enthusiasm at home and in the office.We seek to fill a vacant post for the shop assistant which is based at the Masa Complex.

1.2.Main Purpose of the Job

•Cash handling
•To ensure that the coffee store is sufficiently stocked to meet demand
•Maintain and keep a tidy work area.
•Customer service
•Report on a weekly basis all relevant issues or general concerns.
•Other duties assigned by management

1.3.Key competencies

•Good communication and interpersonal skills
•People skills
•Drive for results
•People skills

1.4.Qualifications and experiences

•BGCSE
•2 years’ experience as a shop assistant.
