2.1.Job Purpose
To interpret Human Resource (HR) Business requirements and implement HR Processes to support, maintain, integrate and co-ordinate activities in area of responsibility.
2.2.Minimum Requirements
•Degree in Social Sciences or equivalent
•5 years post qualification experience in HR environment
•Project Management exposure
•Supervisory training
•Exposure to ER and Projects environment
•General HR Training (relevant in house training)
•Core business process appreciation
•5 years post qualification experience in HR environment

•Supervisory training
•Exposure to ER and Projects environment
•General HR Training (relevant in house training)
•Core business process appreciation
