VACANCY:Temporary Administration Officer (Accounts) 28 posts

Applications are invited from suitably qualified Botswana Citizens for the post of Temporary Administration Officer (Accounts) for a period of one (1) year in the Ministry of Agriculture – Department of Animal Production. Posts are tenable in various districts/stations/villages.

SALARY SCALE: Diploma Holder – C4 (P62136- P 74 232 per annum)

QUALIFICATION: A minimum of Diploma Public Admin / Accounts or equivalent

KEY PERFORMANCE ARES:
To assist in LIMID/Poverty Eradication activities
Preparation of payment vouchers
Maintenance of Votes Service Ledgers
Other Administration duties

VACANCY: TEMPORARY SUPPLIES OFFICER – 37 POSTS

Applications are invited from suitably qualified Botswana citizens for the post of Temporary Supplies Officer for a period of one (1) year in the Ministry of agriculture- Department of Animal Production. Posts are tenable in various districts/stations/villages.

SALARY SCALE: Diploma Holder – C4 (P62 136 – P 74 232 per annum)

QUALIFICATION: A minimum of Advance/Diploma in CIPS or equivalent.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
To assist in LIMID and Poverty Eradication activities
Preparation of GPO ‘s and Gen 12
Issuing of livestock to farmers
Maintenance of ledgers
Other Supplies duties
