VACANCY: SERVICE MANAGER
RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Dealer Principal, the incumbent will be required to;
•Manage the service department as per the Barloworld Motor and manufacture requirements
•Control varied activities at an optimal pace to achieve required targets
•Ensure service CSI targets are met
•Arrange and monitor work flow and capacity in the department on daily basis
•Manage the frontline and administrative staff, ensuring all functions operate at optimum levels
•Implement and maintain value adding processes in the service department
•Manage the service department as per the Barloworld Motor and manufacture requirements

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
•BGCSE/O level and relevant tertiary education
•Computer literacy (Microsoft and diagnostics)
•Proven track record in the service environment (at least 5 years experience in the field)
•Drivers licence
