1. RESTAURANT SPECIALIST/ SKILLS TRAINER
The Restaurant Specialist will be responsible for strengthening the operations of Botswana and South African Nando’s portfolio by means of mentoring and coaching the Restaurant Management on Generic Standard Operating Procedures and offering regular training to the general restaurant staff, thereby ensuring standard quality product and service.

Qualifications/experience: applicants must possess a Certificate or diploma in hospitality with at least three years experience at Restaurant Management position or a senior position in the Hospitality industry. A customer service background, and excellent communication skills and must be a people’s person

Duties/responsibilities:
To monitor the operational indicators of the restaurant, as well of the auctioning of reports from the system auditors and communicate results to the management team and develop & manage an action plan to improve results and meet Nando’s standards
To ensure that restaurants maintain clean and hygienic working environment at all times according to Nando’s policies and procedures
To ensure and facilitate compliance of all operational standards
Follow the appropriate breach protocol in conjunction with the Operations Manager in the event of non-compliance to brand standards
To mentor restaurant managers in ensuring that corrective action to ensure operational excellence is implemented

To identify specific needs of the restaurant and facilitate the introduction and support of representatives from other disciplines (such as marketing, HR, Finance IT, etc.)
To improve the different Audit results for the portfolio e.g Mystery shopper and Hygiene audits
Recommend operational improvements where shortfalls are identified, to help improve efficiency of operations
Assist in sign off on new store openings and revamps
Identifying operational skills needs and gaps and organizing training sessions
To train, coach and guide all new Nandocas and Management on Nandos procedures and policies through the Restaurant Management
To ensure that staff is up to date with their training cycle

2. Restaurant Manager ‘Patrao’
Patrao is Portuguese for ‘head of the family' and it's the name we give to our Restaurant Managers because it's the best way to describe the huge impact they have in a Nando's Environment. Patrãos as we like to call them are the life and soul of the Nando’s Restaurant!

Qualifications: Preference will be given to candidates with a minimum of a Hotel Management Diploma or Equivalent
and at least 5 years experience in a related field/position at management level.

Remuneration
We are willing to give a competitive salary commensurate with Industry rates depending on your qualification,
experience and skill: P96 000 – P216 000 p/a plus annual bonus and other performance based incentives.

3 . Senior Accountant
Your duties/responsibilities: the successful applicant would be responsible for but not limited to:

Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS
Preparation of monthly management accounts
Preparation of financial reports including budgeting and forecasting
Ensuring compliance with all Burs statutory requirements
Liaising with internal and external auditors and dealing with any irregularities as they arise
Conducting training to restaurant management and staff
Processing Accounting information using the Computerized Accounts System
Attending to the daily Nandos Restaurant queries
Implementation of stock controls
Processing the payroll

Qualifications/experience: A talented professional with a qualification in BCOM, CIMA, ACCA with a minimum of at least 3 years in the related field

4. Refrigeration Technician

Qualifications/experience: The applicant must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Refrigeration and air conditioning and three years experience as a technician.

Duties/responsibilities: the successful applicants would be responsible for
Installing, maintaining and servicing Nandos refrigeration and electrical equipment.

Candidate must have a drivers license and valid passport and be ready to travel to all our branches
