1. RESTAURANT SPECIALIST/ SKILLS TRAINER
The Restaurant Specialist will be responsible for strengthening the operations of Botswana and South African Nando’s portfolio by means of mentoring and coaching the Restaurant Management on Generic Standard Operating Procedures and offering regular training to the general restaurant staff, thereby ensuring standard quality product and service.

Duties/responsibilities:
To monitor the operational indicators of the restaurant, as well of the auctioning of reports from the system auditors and communicate results to the management team and develop & manage an action plan to improve results and meet Nando’s standards
To ensure that restaurants maintain clean and hygienic working environment at all times according to Nando’s policies and procedures
To ensure and facilitate compliance of all operational standards
Follow the appropriate breach protocol in conjunction with the Operations Manager in the event of non-compliance to brand standards
To mentor restaurant managers in ensuring that corrective action to ensure operational excellence is implemented
