Qualification Information: Completed High School Business or Sales Marketing Qualifications. Product knowledge and relevant experience advantageous
Reporting to: Chief Operations Officer
Key Focus & Role Description: This role is individually accountable for assisting the account specialist to manage a portfolio of existing clients. The incumbent is accountable for achieving results through own efforts periods of over 3 months to 1 year.
Requirements
Client Service Delivery
- Assists the Account Specialist to manage a portfolio of existing clients.
- Assists with managing all contracted client deliveries relevant to each arm of the Corporate Business.
- Assists with managing client relationships.
- Monitors all client deliveries.
- Produces a year planner for all deliveries in conjunction with the Production Team.
Personal Effectiveness
- Accepts and lives the company values.
- Accountable for service delivery through own eff orts.
- Collaborates eff ectively with others to achieve personal results.
- Individually accountable for managing own time tasks and output quality over periods of 1 day to a max of three months.
- Makes increased contributions by broadening individual skills.
Bancassurance
- Take responsibility for delivery of Bancassurance metrics
- Deploy and embed the multi-partner bancassurance model in Botswana (hold bancassurance workshops and set-up project team for each partnership)
- Identify bancassurance opportunities and bed down as per bancassurance framework
- Submit and track bancassurance KPI’S and updates to the Group
- Knowledge transfer -Impart bancassurance knowledge and skills, and equip in-country personnel to run with the bancassurance framework
- Support the development of other alternative distribution initiatives to expand distribution an increase sales
Digital
- Take responsibility for delivery of Digital metrics
- Customise the SADC Digital strategy for deployment in Botswana
- Assist/support the design and development of digital Customer Value Proposition
- Identify and provide research on Mobile Network Operators in the Botswana market
- Facilitate digital bancassurance in Botswana
Customer Experience Lead
- Lead implementation of customer maturity model for both short term and life business
- Initiate plans and execute on delivering targeted maturity levels.
- Facilitate and monitor customer experience in the business (manage key customer metrics to be to plan, complaints and draft appropriate interventions and mitigations
