QUALIFICATIONS :
Degree in Human Resource Management or Management Services or related field.
EXPERIENCE:
Must have served two(2) years experience as Management Analyst II.

DUTIES
1. Facilitates departments in the development of Job Effectiveness Description and Competency Based Career Path.
2. Attends to customer queries on policies and procedures.
3. Collects data for various management services specialist fields such as job analysis, organisational reviews and manpower utilisation.
4. Analyse progress reports on implementation of approved recommendations.
5. Assesses grade and structural implications of manpower requests in consultation with the supervisor, recommends grades of jobs to supervisor in preparation for the job Evaluation Panels.
6. Facilitates identification of processes that will be re-engineered.

8. Prepares and presents re-engineering reports.
9. Monitors compliance to customer service standards, guidelines and re-engineered processes.
10. Audit re-engineered processes.
