Equipment Sales Support Controller

The Role

Provide administrative and sales support to the division and SMC Africa departments

• Co-ordinates equipment and buy-outs with the compilation of proposals/contracts
• Logistics - assist in the transport of Capital equipment( internal and external)
• Stock availability and control
• Stock levels/ forecasting/ prices/ freight/ costing
• Control of departmental budgets

Main Responsibilities

Play a key role in the execution of tactical client relation's responsibilities related to managing receipt of Client Purchase Orders, Order Files and handling special requests.

Guide and assist the crusher manager/team in the development of the project plan. Participate in weekly planning meetings and phones calls to proactively manage each client's requirements.

Analyses of client data and provide daily client reports. budgets etc as required.

Your profile

• Grade 12 qualification or equivalent
• A certificate in either Logistics Management/ Procurement Management or similar
• Atleast 5 years centralised procurement experience
• Accounting Management System such as Aurora
• 8 years experience in contracts, projects, purchasing, manufacturing. logistics, sales and service
• Background in mining, technical, and engineering
• Knowledge of legal contracts
