A new fashion company from the UK, plans to set up operations in Botswana and are looking for the following qualified applicants to fill in the following positions.

VACANCY NAME: PHOTOGRAPHER 

DUTIES
• using an extensive range of technical equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting and specialist software;
• arranging still life objects, products, scenes, props and backgrounds;
• liaising with other professionals, including graphic designers, writers, gallery managers, picture researchers, commissioning editors and art directors;
• managing the processing and use of images, discussing technical problems, checking for quality and dealing with clients' concerns;
• compiling finished products for sale, such as albums and framed prints;
• understanding traditional film and digital photography and keeping up to date with industry trends, developments and new techniques;
• developing expertise with software to digitally enhance images by, for example, changing emphasis, cropping pictures, correcting minor faults, or moving objects around;
• Producing business cards, postcards and promotional materials, and creating and maintaining a website.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
• CERTIFICATE/DIPLOMA/BACHELOR’S DEGREE IN PHOTOGRAPHY/RELATED COURSES

VACANCY NAME: FINANCE MANAGER

DUTIES
• Oversee the overall corporate budgeting preparation, management and monitoring processes.
• Perform financial analysis, reporting and management activities.
• Ensure that the financial reports are prepared and delivered on time.
• Review financial data for accuracy, correctness and completeness.
• Hire and train new employees on financial operations.
• Monitor and manage all expense within the allotted budget
• Establish key financial strategies to enhance business profitability.
• Ensure financial team follows company policies and regulations.
• Review annual budgets and recommend any changes if needed.
• Generate financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses, etc.
• Ensure accurate calculation and distribution of salaries and other benefits to employees.
• Establish accurate forecasts regarding expenses and revenues and manage regular reporting requirements.
• Monitor competitor activity and stay updated about latest industry trends.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
• BACHELOR’S DEGREE IN FINANCE/RELATED COURSES

VACANCY NAME: TRUCK DRIVER

DUTIES
• Drive the truck to deliver products to customers within distribution territory.
• Load, handle and transport materials and heavy cargo safely.
• Investigate safety loads to correct materials loaded on trailer.
• Deliver material to destinations, unload materials and complete paperwork.
• Direct customer queries to location management.
• Manage vehicle in safe operating condition required.
• Deliver load with good attention to customer service and safety.
• Run ratchet straps and chains and binders to secure load to trailer.
• Adhere to laws on commercial vehicle operation as to the State and local authorities.

REQUIREMENTS
• Driving License Class B and Class C
