Combined responsibilities include
• Managing projects including maintenance, development and environmental projects within the Concession
• Managing, motivating, training and mentoring staff members
• Maintaining standards and developing and implementing systems.
Combined requirements include:
• Project management experience an advantage
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in similar position, preferably in remote bush area
• Experience in electrical plumbing and carpentry an advantage
• Experience maintaining and monitoring controls and systems
• Experience in purchasing and ordering, stock receiving and issuing
• Experience in successful training of staff
• Excellent staff related administration skills
• Fully computer literate in MS Excel, MS Word and email
• Excellent logistical management skills for staff and guest movements
• Excellent self motivation and initiative
• Ability to work harmoniously with managers and staff
• Ability to be resourceful
• Minimum of contactable references
• Candidates must be prepared to live in a remote environment for extended periods of time
