LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR

Job Summary
Reporting to the Learning and Development Manager, the incumbent ‘s main duties will, among others, be to develop and/or source integrated solutions that will enable the business to leverage formal learning and on-the-job experience in order to build capability and deliver on the business strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Organisational Psychology, Human Resources Management or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Learning and Development Specialist in an Industrial Organisation
• Exposure to an FMCG environment will be an added advantage
• Full BQA registered trainer
