Senior Relationship Manager

Purpose of Role
The main purpose of the job is to relationship manage the FNB Business Segment - Francistown Hub customers, working closely with the affiliate bodies in order to address customer needs and to be the main link between customers and Business Segment team including the Enablers

Requirements

The core duties are;

• Relationship management of FNB Business Segment (Francistown, Phikwe & Letlhakane) clients.
• Identify client’s needs and deliver customized solutions while cross selling other FNB products.
• Pro-actively drive targets for the FNB Business Sub Segments (Corporate, Commercial and top tier Business Banking)
• Network and develop relationships with product specialists and collaborate with partners within the Bank.
• Arrange networking sessions, seminars and other activities to build strong relations with corporate customers.
• Assist and advice customers on various areas e.g. account conduct, suitable bank products and lending decisions.
• Contribute significantly towards the sales campaign activities in order to meet business targets.
• Work according to the bank’s rules relating to controls and compliance

Qualification and Experience Requirements

• Recognized University Degree or related professional qualification
• Institute of Bankers’ qualification will be an added advantage
• Relevant banking experience in managing Business relationships.
